Dues, donations, tickets. One link.

Membership dues, event fees, product sales and donations — collected through one link, on one seamless platform.

Business payment platform

We asked organisations what
changed.

"Working out who had paid meant painfully going through paper records, email receipts, WhatsApp chats. Now it is one dashboard — reconciled and accurate."

SW

Sarah Whitfield

Treasurer, Elmwood Sports Club

"Members renew their annual dues, purchase our merch, buy our books and register for our events all in one place. These used to be separate processes for us."

AN

Adaeze Nwosu

Membership Secretary, Association of Independent Accountants

"I stopped sending account details to customers one message at a time. They pay for all my services all from one link. Things have never been easier."

Five ways organisations collect better with Givese.

01 — Collect everything in one place

One link for every kind of payment.

Membership dues, event registrations, product sales and donations all come through the same link. No separate systems for separate income, and no bank details sent by hand.

02 — Pay for several things at once

One checkout, however much they're paying for.

A member renews their dues, buys the book, or registers for the conference in a single transaction. One payment for them. Separate, correctly recorded payments for you.

03 — Know who has paid and who hasn't

The list you keep meaning to update, updating itself.

See at a glance who has renewed, who is overdue and who has never paid. One live roster instead of paper records, email receipts and WhatsApp threads.

04 — Renewals that chase themselves

Renewal season without the six weeks of emails.

Set the dues and the renewal date once. Members are reminded, payments are taken, and the roster updates itself — without anyone sending a single chasing message.

More than a payment link.

Others stop at taking the money. Givese starts there.

Get paid without hassles.

Setting up takes about as long as a coffee break. Bring the payments you already collect, connect the account you already use, and leave everything else exactly as it is.

Questions organisations ask us.

Can we take one-off payments as well as recurring dues?

Yes. Recurring dues, one-off payments, event fees and product sales all run through the same link. Nothing has to be set up as a subscription unless you want it to be.

What happens if a member's payment fails on renewal?

The member is notified and prompted to update their details, and the roster shows them as overdue rather than paid. Nobody has to notice it manually.

Do we have to change our bank?

No. Givese connects to the account you already hold. You can point different collections at different accounts if that suits you, and nothing about your banking arrangements changes.

Will this replace our membership database?

It depends what you run one for. Givese holds a live record of who has paid, what they paid for and when they renew. Anything beyond payment — committees, qualifications, casework — stays wherever you manage it now.

Does Givese hold our money?

No. Givese is not a bank and has no access to your funds. Payments are processed through secured gateways that move money directly from the payer's bank to yours.

Is our members' data safe?

Payments are handled by regulated providers, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Givese never stores card details. More on security and compliance.

How long does setup take?

Most organisations are live within minutes once verification is complete. You bring the payments you already collect and connect the account you already use.
