Tiny fees.
Tremendous results.

Transaction fees help us operate the platform effectively, and we've worked hard to keep them low. We only earn when you do.

Processing fee

Charged by our payment providers, not by Givese. Think of it like the fee any bank charges on a transfer — it covers moving the money itself, and Givese receives none of it.

Platform fee

3% of amount raised

We deduct a small fee on funds collected or amounts raised to support our team and business operations. This helps us keep Givese running for everyone, so our users can continue to make impact.

Questions about fees.

Is it really free to start?

Yes. It is completely free to launch a ministry, campaign or organisation on Givese. There is no setup cost and no charge to create collections. Fees only apply when money actually comes in.

Why do you charge fees at all?

The fees go towards the technology that keeps Givese running and the team behind it, as well as settling third-party transaction charges. We have kept them in line with market rates so they stay fair.

What is the processing fee?

Every time a donation or payment is made, a processing fee is charged by our payment processor. It is similar to the charges a bank applies to a transfer.

Processing fees are charged by our payment partners, Paystack and Stripe. Givese does not receive any part of them.

What is the platform fee?

The platform fee is a small percentage of the total funds collected. It is deducted before payout and used purely to support our operations — people, technology and everything that keeps the service running.

Who bears the fees?

For donations, the fees are borne by the organisation and deducted from the donation.

For payments, the organisation decides who bears the fees at the point of creating the collection.

Every account includes two team member seats as standard. If you need more, you can add additional seats.
